Health Tip of the Day:

I'm nobody's friend if I don't start my day with a good breakfast.  I could actually do without lunch if I have a great breakfast....so, skip that sugary cereal box and go for nutrition and energy.
For optimal energy and alertness throughout the day, always eat a nourishing breakfast. Choose whole foods that are metabolized slowly to avoid major blood sugar fluctuations. There’s no rule against having a baked potato, soup, or dinner leftovers for breakfast. Choose high-quality proteins and complex carbohydrates—and think outside the box.

Another tip: Sardines are a superfood. Sardines are small, so they accumulate less mercury and are a sustainable source of omega 3 fats.
