Stretch yourself....
Remain uncomfortable with fitting into the status quo.......Continue to stretch yourself. Learn a new skill, a new language....Eat at a new restaurant....take a new route to work. Visit a new city, state, country.....Learn about cultures outside of your own. Stretch yourself.....remain uncomfortable and Grow in the process.
