Baby, It's Cold Outside...

In many parts of the country, temperatures are at dangerously cold levels and not everyone has a warm place to lay their heads, nor the proper attire when they're out in this frigid weather.  Now is the perfect time to donate those extra coats, scarves, sweaters, blankets, socks, boots, gloves and anything else that will protect the body from the cold elements to those who are less fortunate. Think for a moment...there's something listed here that you didn't even remember you had this time last year because you haven't worn it in years, and it's still hanging in your closet or tucked in a drawer...so don't bypass someone on the street who might be shivering in this cold weather....you can't possibly witness that and not feel compassion. Help someone stay warm, especially those who are living on the streets; offer them a ride to a shelter.  Do what you can...while you can.... Donate .... you're not losing anything when you Give....you're Gaining! (contact a local shelter/mission and donate or give directly to the recipient)
